Here are some FAQs about our work. Please read these carefully so you understand the service that we are offering.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU COME?
Most of our 500+ regular customers have their windows cleaned every 8 or 16 weeks
WILL YOU DO A ONE OFF CLEAN FOR US OR COME MAYBE ONCE A YEAR? CAN I CALL YOU WHEN I WANT YOU?
No. We are only looking for customers that want their windows cleaned on a regular basis
DO YOU CONTACT CUSTOMERS BEFOREHAND?
In general there is no need for us to contact customers ahead of time. If the customer is at home we ask them to open the side gate for us if it's locked. If customers aren't at home we still clean the windows. We simply step over the gate with the ladder and clean the windows front, back and side. If access is likely to be a problem we will let you know.
DO YOU CLEAN THE WINDOWS TRADITIONALLY USING LADDERS AND SQUEEGEES?
No. We use the pure water window cleaning system. All the windows can be cleaned from the ground which is safer, easier and more efficient. The secret is that we use purified water. This method wouldn't work with tap water. All the minerals have been removed from the water and so we leave the windows wet but they dry clean. Here is a 2 minute video that explains the process. HOW HIGH DOES YOUR SYSTEM REACH?
We clean windows up to the fourth floor of a building from the ground using the ‘reach and wash' system.
DO YOU CLEAN WINDOWS IN THE RAIN?

We don't clean windows in the heavy rain but a showery day or light rain won't affect the quality of the finished job at all. We offer a 48 hour wet weather guarantee and will return and clean the windows again if they don't dry clean.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

For convenience, customers generally pay by setting up electronic online payment. That can be either with direct debit or a debit/credit card online payment system. This greatly reduces admin for us and this helps us to keep costs down and is more convenient for the customer. We trigger the payment after the job is done and all the customer needs to do is ensure funds are in place. We will send you a link before the first clean and you'll be able to sign up to the payment system. It takes about one minute to set this up and doesn't need to be done again. If you choose the Debit/Credit card option, the money will be taken from your account immediately after the job is done and the payment has been triggered. If you use the Direct Debit option, you'll receive an email letting you know when the money will be withdrawn from the account. There are several ways to ensure your peace of mind about this payment system if you are unsure.

Choose the DIRECT DEBIT option on the link. In this way the money isn't withdrawn instantly from your account after a clean. First you'll receive an email letting you know exactly when the funds will be withdrawn and so you could cancel it if there was any reason to.

Choose a bank account with less funds in. For example, these days most people have a REVOLUT account with just a small amount of money in it to pay bills or transfer to family or friends. So the IBAN of your Revolut account can be linked to the direct debit option or your Revolut card can be linked to the Debit/Credit card option on the link.

Choose the credit card option. Every credit card has a limit and also banks are good at refunding incorrect or illegal credit card payments.

Use a combination of the above methods. We recommend that people sign up to the DIRECT DEBIT option using their Revolut IBAN. In that way their main bank account isn't being used and also they could cancel the payment if there was any issue before the funds are transferred.

We send an invoice electronically once the work is completed. Payment is collected AFTER each job is done.

DO YOU CLEAN INTERIOR WINDOWS?
No. We only clean the outside windows.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES?
Yes. We have recently purchased a GutterVac and are now offering a gutter emptying service. The industrial strength vacuum is able to suck out the contents of your gutter while the operator is standing on the ground. So this method is incredibly safer than putting a ladder up against the guttering. There is a camera attached to help with the effective cleaning of the gutter that also can be used to take photos or video of the empty gutter to prove a thorough job has been done. A blocked gutter can quickly allow water to infiltrate into the house and cause a lot of expensive damage. Also a lack of maintenance of the gutter system could invalidate your insurance and so regular emptying of the gutter is essential. We recommend our annual service for peace of mind.
